our training principles

TRAINING

Our training style is different to anywhere else in the area. We have taken a variety of elements from all different training styles and modalities m and have developed our own style. We are functional fitness like you’ve never seen before.

NUTRITION

We know that you can’t out train a bad diet! Nutrition forms the foundation for all training programmes and healthy lifestyles. We work closely with experienced nutritionists to help guide and support your training regime.

RECOVERY

Allowing your body to recover, adapt and grow is essential to the longevity of your training. Our experienced coaches and balanced training programme will allow you to train for longer and more consistently.

our classes

strength

These sessions are designed to improve your performance with compound movements and accessory work for improved strength and stabilisation. These sessions will draw on barbell movements, strongman training and functional bodybuilding.

power

These sessions will build on your strength and conditioning to make you move faster and stronger. These sessions will draw on barbell movements, plyometrics and throwing.

metcon

These are high-intensity metabolic conditioning classes. They will challenge you both physically and mentally through various forms of equipment and movements.
